CANCELLATION POLICY

LIV LOVES BEAUTY POLICIES BOOKINGS All appointments must be booked through the booking website. Appointments will not be scheduled via text or DM. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. CANCELLATIONs & RESCHEDULES All cancellations and rescheduling must be made online at least 48-HRS (2 days) in advance. Reschedules or cancellations made less than 48-HRS (2 days) will result in loss of the deposit and a new appointment with a new deposit is required. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS Same-day cancellations or reschedules will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file. No-shows—appointments missed without notification via call or text—will be charged 100% to the card on file. ADDING/REMOVING SERVICES Please notify me at least 48-HRS in advance if you would like to add or remove a service. This allows enough time to adjust your appointment. Removing a service past 48-HRS or on the day of your appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged 50% of the removed service. Additional services cannot be guaranteed without advance notice. MENSTRUAL CYCLE Waxing services may be performed during your menstrual cycle with a fresh tampon or menstrual cup. If you choose to cancel or reschedule, standard cancellation policies will apply. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals are not guaranteed service. If there isn’t enough time to complete your appointment, it will be canceled and the same-day cancellation policy will apply.
