CANCELLATION POLICY

LIV LOVES BEAUTY POLICIES Booking & Payments All appointments must be booked through the booking website. Appointments will not be scheduled via text or DM. A deposit is required for all appointments. CANCELLATIONs & RESCHEDULES All cancellations and rescheduling must be made online at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. Reschedules or cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 days) will result in loss of the deposit and a new appointment with a new deposit is required. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS Any cancellation or rescheduling made on the day of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked services. No-shows—appointments missed without notification via call or text—will be charged 100% to the card on file. Menstrual Cycle Waxing services may be performed during your menstrual cycle with a fresh tampon or menstrual cup. If you choose to cancel or reschedule due to your cycle, cancellation and rescheduling policies will apply. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. If you are running late, please communicate with me. Late arrivals are not guaranteed service and may result in cancellation, a same-day cancellation fee applied.
