LIV LOVES BEAUTY POLICIES BOOKING AND PAYMENTS Online booking is required for all appointments. A non-refundable deposit is required for ALL appointments. The remaining balance can be paid by; Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or card (with a 3.5% fee). RESCHEDULING & CANCELING ONLINE: You are able to reschedule or cancel your own-appointments 24hrs prior online. The day you made the appointment you received a text. In the text you will see your appointment details. There you have a link that allows you to view and manage your appointment. If it does not allow you to reschedule/cancel you are past the 24 hour policy mark & must contact me. CHANGES TO APPOINTMENT: PLEASE USE THE LINK PROVIDED BY MY BOOKING SITE THE DAY YOU MADE THE APPOINTMENT TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOU HAVE A 24-HOUR WINDOW TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel your appointment within 24 hrs pior to appt. If it’s after 24 hours it will result in a last minute cancellation fee. All cancellations results in a non-refundable deposit. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS/SAME SAY: ANY RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATIONS OUTSIDE THE 24-HOUR WINDOW WILL RESULT IN A LAST MIN CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% CHARGE OF THE SERVICE(S) THAT WERE BOOKED. LATE POLICY: Arriving late will result in appointment cancellation if I'm unable to accommodate to your late arrival, and you will be charged a last minute cancellation fee. PERIOD POLICY: You can still get waxed on your cycle, as long as you have a fresh tampon or a Menstrual Cup in during the service. If you decide to cancel or reschedule because of your cycle, please keep in mind that policies will still apply. CARD ON FILE: If your card on file is invalid and I am unable to charge you for your due amount, you will no longer be able to book with me until fees are paid. FAILURE OF DEPOSIT: Please note that all bookings require a non-refundable deposit. If a deposit is not completed at the time of pre-booking and you cancel or reschedule your appointment past the 24hr window/same day, a $25 fee will be charged & may result in a cancellation fee, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
