PAYMENTS Remaining balance can be paid by; Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash or Card (3.5% fee) APPOINTMENTS You are able to set your appointments through my booking link. I do not set appointments via text or DM! CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULES: You have a 48-hour window to make any changes to your appointment online. Changes made outside the 48-hour window will result in the loss of the deposit, and you'll need to book a new appointment with a new deposit online. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING & NO SHOWS If you cancel or reschedule on the same day, or if you do not show up for your appointment without notifying via call or text, your card on file will be charged of 100% of the services booked. MENSTRUAL CYCLE You can get waxed on your period if you use a fresh tampon or menstrual cup. If you choose to cancel or reschedule due to your cycle, policies will still apply! LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, communicate with me. Arriving late may result in appointment cancellation, and a same day cancellation fee will apply. CARD ON FILE If your card on file is invalid and I am unable to charge you for your due amount. You will no longer be able to book with me until fees are paid.
